The routes range from easy snow travel to challenging, technical routes. The quick accessibility of these peaks makes them ideal for climbing, and all are a relatively short distance from our offices in Quito and Riobamba.
Ecuador’s majestic high peaks offer you the option of standing in the only place where both the latitude and temperature is 0˚ (Cayambe 5.790 m), a peak that is closer to the sun and stars than any other spot on Earth (Chimborazo 6.310 m), and the highest active volcano (Cotopaxi 5.897 m).
